Martin has managed hundreds of environmental and hydrogeological projects encompassing a wide range of water supply and technical analyses associated with dewatering and environmental investigations, as well as site remediation issues. Martin has successfully managed all aspects of client and stakeholder communications, scoping and budgeting, cost controls, and project quality for complex, long-term, domestic and international environmental projects. Martin has worked closely with clients and other project team members in evaluating various potential remediation and mitigation scenarios and associated future costs.
Melissa C. Schuetz, PG
Melissa is a registered professional geologist with a strong technical background and project management skills that enable her to provide clients streamlined and economic solutions to a variety of environmental problems. Melissa's projects have included operating industrial facilities, such as steel manufacturing and chemical production facilities, as well as the fast-paced characterization for the redevelopment of former industrial properties to residential and retail use. Her expertise provides clients with cost-effective solutions to bring a project to a successful closure.
Pam’s expertise is in environmental review and permitting for proposed land development, industrial, and public works projects. Pam’s experience includes planning, conducting, and preparing environmental studies for public agencies and private developers on over 150 SEPA/NEPA projects. Pam’s experience also includes strategy and assessment of upland and in-water permitting requirements related to local, state, and federal issues.

Chuck Cacek, LG, LEG
Chuck is an engineering and environmental geologist with experience working all over the Pacific Northwest. Chuck has vast knowledge of Pacific Northwest soils, geology, and hydrogeological conditions. He has managed and directed dozens of subsurface assessments, cleanups, and closures of numerous commercial and industrial properties for private developers and municipalities. Chuck also has a complete understanding of site development and construction, and has managed numerous site cleanups in unison with redevelopment projects.
Rob is an environmental project manager with experience coordinating and managing environmental projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. He has conducted hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater explorations, underground storage tank closures, contaminated site cleanups, and compliance audits at a variety of commercial and industrial properties. His clients have included local municipalities, attorneys, developers, and industrial entities.

Suzy is a licensed professional engineer in Washington State. Suzy is an experienced project manager with experience in remedial investigation/feasibility study analysis, site characterization, vapor intrusion analysis, remedial system design and implementation, operation and maintenance of remedial systems, budget management, and general contractor for large soil excavation projects.
Tim Brown, LHG
Tim is a licensed geologist and hydrogeologist in Washington State. Tim specializes in investigation and remediation of chlorinated and recalcitrant compounds and petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. Tim’s additional areas of expertise include due diligence and baseline assessments for property transactions, underground storage tank site assessments, conceptual site models, regulatory cleanup, MTCA model remedies, and vapor intrusion assessments.
Tom Cammarata, LG, LHG
Tom is a licensed geologist and hydrogeologist in Washington State with an advanced degree in field in Geochemistry. Tom has extensive experience in environmental consulting includes evaluating freshwater and marine sediment quality under the SMS, performing aquifer testing, conducting natural attenuation studies, performing statistical analyses, modeling the fate and transport chemicals in soil, air and water, conducting forensic studies, and providing expert witness services. Tom also has considerable experience in regulatory closure of facilities under MTCA. Tom is bilingual with Arabic as his second language.

Chris is a licensed geologist with an abundance of experience in subsurface contaminant investigations, environmental due diligence, and environmental cleanups and monitoring. He has provided client services in the areas of field support for environmental cleanup activities, groundwater and surface water studies and monitoring, and Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Chris also has experience coordinating with regulatory agencies to attain closure for cleanup sites.

Dan is a stormwater scientist focused on NPDES compliance, stormwater treatment evaluations, and implementation of stormwater Best Management Practices. Dan’s experience includes source control inspections and evaluations; fluid system design, installation, and operation; and development and implementation of SWPPPs, erosion and sediment control plans, and spill control plans. Dan specializes in innovative solutions for treatment system automation, resulting in significantly decreased labor costs associated with operation and maintenance of water treatment and remediation systems.

Associate Environmental Planner
Laura specializes in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation and compliance for proposed federal, state, and local transportation and land development projects. She also has experience providing environmental review assistance to private developers. Laura has experience conducting, preparing, and managing natural resource and environmental studies and uses her permitting expertise to help clients develop overall project strategies.
Ada has experience in conducting environmental review analysis for environmental investigation and remediation projects. She has worked on a variety of Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments and other NEPA/SEPA documents for Tribes and municipalities. Ada has also completed a wide variety of tasks associated with due diligence, subsurface investigations, and remedial investigations. Clare is a licensed geologist with experience in geologic and hydrogeologic fieldwork, data management and analysis, and report writing involving hazardous waste site remediation as well as clean water supply. Her primary areas of experience include environmental subsurface investigations, remedial excavation and drilling oversight, aquifer testing and analysis, groundwater monitoring, and technical report writing.
Project Stormwater Scientist
Dan has experience working on construction projects for environmentally impaired properties. He is experienced with UST site decommissioning, equipment operation, large excavations, construction stormwater management and sampling, and general construction site support. Dan also has a strong background in UST site decommissioning, construction stormwater management and sampling, heavy equipment operation, and resource allocation and field coordination.

Jess specializes in engineering in water, sanitation, and stormwater design. Her focus is on designing stormwater systems in the Pacific Northwest using low impact designs and best management practices, to improve the quality of runoff into the surrounding environment. Jess has worked on private and public agency projects, including housing developments, parks, sea walls, aquariums, skate parks, roadways, sidewalks, driveways, and mixed use housing.
Jonathan Loeffler, GT
Jonathan has experience in a wide variety of technical and task management roles. His projects include environmental subsurface investigations, remedial system operation and maintenance, geotechnical drilling and sample collection, geophysical surveying, groundwater monitoring, remedial excavation oversight, and technical report writing. Project sites include residential heating oil, commercial, gas stations, dry cleaners, private industrial operations, and government owned properties including port, county and city sites.

Liz is a licensed geologist and project manager with experience in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, underground storage tank closures, excavation and drilling oversight, remediation system operation and maintenance, sediment sampling, and technical report writing. Her expert project management skills in scheduling, health & safety, and attention to detail result in financial and time savings for clients.
Travis specializes in writing environmental technical documents for projects in the Pacific Northwest. He has contributed to SEPA environmental review documents and also prepares Phase I site assessments and sampling activities and reports. Travis has impressive research and investigative skills in data collection and excels in historical research and compiling historical reports, making his technical writing skills and research abilities invaluable to environmental review documents.
Staff Stormwater Scientist
Alison specializes in stormwater permit compliance, water quality monitoring through stormwater and groundwater sampling, best management practice assessments, and stormwater report writing to support complex stormwater program management. Her background is in industrial and construction stormwater compliance, field investigation, and development and implementation of stormwater pollution prevention plans.
Grayson has experience in subsurface investigations, remedial injections, sediment, water, and vapor sampling, excavation and drilling oversight, and technical report writing. He has a strong background in groundwater monitoring and sampling, geologic interpretation and modeling, underground storage tank site assessments, and knowledge of the Unified Soil Classification System.
Joe Ellingson, EIT
Joe is a staff engineer with experience in operation and maintenance of remediation systems, system installation, injection technologies, and engineering design. His experience also consists of field work, including sampling, optimization, fluid recovery events, and site remediation oversight. His work also includes vapor intrusion assessments, soil gas and indoor air sample collection, and soil gas and indoor air laboratory result analysis.
Kevin has experience on a wide variety of environmental compliance projects. He specializes in field work and data collection for Phase I site assessments, performing hazardous materials/asbestos surveys, conducting stormwater sampling and CESCL inspections, and providing environmental due diligence for clean-up and remediation projects for both public and private clients.
Logan’s experience includes Phase I site assessments, subsurface investigations, excavation and drilling oversight, and groundwater and soil vapor sampling. His expetise also includes technical report writing for site assessments, remedial investigations, sampling and analysis plans, hazardous materials surveys, groundwater reports, and health and safety plans.
Sarah has experience in soil, sediment, benthic macroinvertebrate, surface water, marine water, and groundwater sampling and testing. She also has expertise in oversight of well installation and redevelopment, and treatment system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Siera has professional experience including Phase I site assessments on residential, commercial, and industrial properties, groundwater monitoring and sampling, soil sampling, hazardous building materials inspections (asbestos, lead paint, and PCBs), field investigations, historical research, and technical report writing experience. She also has a strong background in City of Seattle permitting.
Silvia’s experience includes master use, building, grading, demolition, and associated building permit applications. She assists clients with right-of-way, haul routes, traffic control plans and other transportation related permit requirements. She also assists project managers with personnel coordination, editing and production, data management, and project correspondence.
Tyler’s environmental experience includes coordinating and conducting field activities, writing technical reports for soil and groundwater investigations, and preparing site-specific health and safety plans for field activities. Tyler’s field experience includes lithologic logging of soil borings, soil sampling, air monitoring, groundwater monitoring and sampling, and stormwater inspections.
Naseef is experienced at using ArcGIS and AutoCAD to conceptualize complex subsurface conditions to build 2D and 3D technical drawings for a diverse range of contaminated sites. In addition, he has worked with Washington State and local government entities to acquire and manage permitting requirements for remediation projects. Naseef’s experience also includes analyzing and processing historical information, including maps and aerial imagery to obtain information used for illustrative purposes in ArcGIS.
