SoundEarth Strategies, Inc. has hired Pam Xander, formerly of Xander & Associates, as a Senior Scientist in our Seattle office. Ms. Xander specializes in preparing and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation of proposed land development for industrial and public works projects. She has more than 20 years of experience planning, conducting, and preparing environmental studies and has worked with public agencies and private developers on over 100 SEPA/NEPA projects. Ms. Xander’s experience includes strategizing and assessing permitting requirements related to local, state, and federal issues, including shoreline permits, building permits, and in-water permits. SoundEarth is pleased to expand our SEPA/NEPA and environmental permitting capabilities, capitalizing on the experience of Ms. Xander and our other staff as we continue to develop new and more effective ways of working with clients to meet their project needs.
